Concussion Prevention Program held at Clarion-Limestone High School

Sarah Jane Brain Foundation In The News

STRATTANVILLE, PA – This evening the Sarah Jane Brain Foundation presented their concussion prevention and awareness presentation “Concussions and You, On and Off the Field” to Clarion-Limestone School students, parents and teachers. Around 40 people were in attendance. The Sarah Jane Brain Foundation’s Leslie Mabry showed the multimedia presentation and videos to the students and teachers and answered their many questions about concussions and brain injuries. Some students in the audience had suffered concussions during sports activities. Mabry left the audience with the final thought, “only you can feel the symptoms of a concussion so it is essential you tell someone.”

The Sarah Jane Brain Project will be presenting at high schools throughout the United States for the next five months. For more information please visit www.thebrainproject.org
